Good price, friendly/good service through initial delivery. Good so far.
Friendly, quick to respond to questions, gave clear instructions when I needed to do things. My first car lease, so nothing really to compare against, but initial contact was better than other lease firms vying for my business.
There was/is an issue with car registration, and while not Carparison's fault, they left me for a day or two being anxious. Problem still not verifiable resolved, but I'm generally confident now. This is the reason I can't give 5 stars.
Price I'm paying is good. Better and more clearly explained than others.

Not what I expected!
Lots of unnecessary, duplicated and overly assertive chasing for document completion in the last few days before my car was due to be delivered, and the final straw was that the delivery inspection documentation send via email pretty much abdicates all responsibility onto the customer & only provides a 30 minute window, after delivery, to raise any issues
Thankfully the car manufacturer (Tesla) take the complete opposite approach to, and couldn't have been more helpful/responsive

Good afternoon Andrew, thank you for your feedback.I can only apologise that you felt that we were overly assertive in our last bits of correspondence leading up to the delivery of your vehicle. As per our previous communications, the FCA documentation is required to be completed and returned prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery of vehicles cannot take place without these documents being returned. On this occasion, there was a delay in issuing these documents to you as we were awaiting confirmation of the vehicle details from the manufacturer. We will however review our process in terms of explaining to customers the importance of the FCA documentation.We do advise and suggest to all our customers to take time to check the interior and exterior of the vehicles on delivery so that this can a) be noted on the handover sheet and b) so that any damage can be rectified accordingly. We also allow a further window after the delivery driver has left to notify us of any damage that you may spot after this time as there has been the odd occasion where damage has been reported once the handover has been completed and is not noted on the delivery handover sheet. Should there be any issues, we will then liaise with the manufacturer to attempt to find a solution. Because a lot of supplying dealers will not accept liability for any damage not noted on the delivery sheet time does become somewhat of the essence in making sure we are able to assist the customer.If you would like to add any further comments, please contact me via email at [email protected] and I will happily look into this further for you.
