Chris was kindness itself and led me gently towards the arranging to lease the car that I wanted. He was clear and patient when sometimes I was slow to understand some of the issues.
The only issue I had was when, after being promised the car that I wanted, I was told that it wasn't available after all. This was extremely disappointing, but within 24 hours Chris managed to source an alternative and everything was ok after that. (It still took about 8 months between the lease being agreed and the car being delivered ...)
