Great service, poor handover delivery process
Everything was handled extremely week except for that handover on delivery of car. I was not invited or indeed given any opportunity to check car over before a form was shoved Infront of me to sign and the delivery driver was gone.
The car arrived quite dirty and also needed hoovering.
I have since cleaned and hoovered car and all appears well except for swirl marks in the paintwork from a washing plant or similar.

Proffesionalism with patience
Carparison were excellent throughout the leasing process
Their systems and website are straight forward and simple to navigate
However, it is their staff that ensured a smooth transaction with their rapid responses and attention to detail.
A special mention must go to Louise Bowden who was professionalism personified. Nothing was any trouble to her and she had the patience of a saint when responding to my numerous questions.

Excellent service - even better people
Had an incredible experience with Carparison. Very professional. With all due respect I hate car salesmen - they can be pushy, difficult and often you can’t trust them. My interactions with carparison was like I was getting recommendations from friends. Josh on the sales team was fantastic. He was excellent in every way- very quick to reply to emails, went above and beyond, very personable over the phone. He truly did his best to help. Chloe on the admin team was also fantastic. she was so helpful, with regular updates. Always happy to answer any queries it questions. My car was delivered within a week and I love it. Not only that but the price was by farrrr the cheapest at the time.
