From the initial call to delivery was within few weeks. Speed of the process was just amazing. Many thanks goes to Yasmin for the smooth sales process and Katie from the admin perspective. Service from Carparison was amazing - Jasmine and Emma sourced me exactly what I wanted very quickly and arranged everything.
Would have scored 5 except for the handover experience. The car was driven to me and dropped off but there was zero conversation or handover from the person who delivered it. I at least expected him to check that I didn't have any questions or needed anything showing to me?

Efficient from start to finish
From the enquiry email to the delivery of my car I was met with a speedy, professional service. From initial email to delivery was approx 3 weeks and the process was very simple and not onerous. Based on my experience I would recommend Carparison to anyone.

Very efficient and easy process
Efficient and speedy process. People we dealt with were very helpful. One thing that should change is that although we were told to take our time checking over the car the driver had to hurry to pick up another vehicle so we were handed the keys and he left. Drivers need to be given time to let us check over the vehicle.
