Excellent Service - No Fuss

As my lease car was nearing the end of its lease, I put some enquiries out to various companies after checking on leasing.com for the best deals. The responses I received were variable in quality - but Carparison really stood out. They emailed and followed up with a call, fully explaining what was available and when. Once I had chosen a car, the administration was handled very efficiently and in no time a date was agreed for delivery. Excellent pain-free service.

Prompt, efficient service. All emails were responded to quickly and professionally, documents sent out quickly and the car was delivered within a couple of weeks from order. The car was delivered to my house, first drop on the day of delivery.

Hassle free

Had my car for over a week now. From the point I showed interest to the delivery, the staff at Carparison were thoroughly professional. I’d spoken to other companies however I had to change them up a lot and at tiles they completely forgot about me and my requirements, but not Josh and Kate at Carparison. Carparison met my requirements promptly and delivery was conducted professionally and well within U.K. Covid-19 guidelines. Thanks again!

I have nothing but praise for Clare and Kate at Carparison. They have made the process of ordering my new vehicle so easy and stress free. There was no hard sell as I rather annoyingly kept enquiring about different vehicles and contract types. I got to the stage where I assumed most car dealers/brokers were all the same but not the guys at Carparison, they value your business, are very responsive with your enquiries and work with a human touch which many firms lack.
