Great Experience

Fast efficient service! Carparison provided me with a vehicle at a competitive market price with a very quick delivery direct from the Mercedes Benz dealer on the day that was specified. Always available on the phone to answer any questions too. Chris and Kate provided a great experience and ensured that the whole process was simple and easy. I have used many other companies in the past and they definitely stand out from the crowd. I would use them again and recommend them to other colleagues. Only one minor criticism is that when my vehicle arrived it had Carparison logo on the number plate surround...I feel they should ask the client whether they want this or not as it is really annoying.

From the initial enquires, Andy, Chris and Katie were incredible. My first experience of leasing a car through a third party and absolutely would again. Such ease from start to finish dealing with people who did exactly what they said they would. The car was delayed very slightly but that was no fault of Carparison and they kept me informed. So so pleased with my new car! The car was delivered to me in London and the whole process was perfect. (Katie I was absolutely charming and a credit to the business!!)

excellent quick service and glad to know the car was just next door

Really very pleased with the service we received, especially from Chris and Kate. From dropping them a note of interest over the weekend (when they were closed), all the paperwork and checks were carried out, car readied and we collected it on the Friday. It was a great service we received and it was nice to know that they have seen the car we were looking for as it was in the garage just next door. The result was that we collected the car within 5 days of starting the process - top marks
